We can't see quite enough of the lower panel to really say anything useful.
Have you ticked the "Collapse Transformations" box for your graphic layer in your main composition?
Is the person layer in your main composition a 3d layer?
Thanks for the response.
Yes I have ticked the "Collapse Transformation" box for the graphic layer.
No the video isn't a 3d layer.
It's as if the background that the 3D graphic is on, isn't transparent.
It also looks like the video footage of the person is above the precomp
containing graphic on the timeline. Is that so? Also, what blending mode is
your footage set to?
Thanks again for your help.
I have tried moving the footage above and below the 3D layer - it is the same in either case.
I have tried changing the "Frame Blend" mode it didn't have any effect.
Also I have noticed that if I take off the 3d option AND the "Collapse Transformation" option on the graphic, it appears correctly but now of course the animation of the graphic and its 3d look is lost.
I figured it out.
I needed to make the clip 3d too. Then put it behind the 3d graphic objects.
Thanks for your help. It got me thinking about different things and led me to a solution
Glad you got it figured out.
