    Creative Cloud Won't Load After Install


      I just installed the Creative Cloud app on my new computer (MacBook Pro) for the first time and the app installs and launches fine, but when it launches, it just displays a blank window. It doesn't give an option to sign in, or display any of the menus (apps, etc.) I pasted a screenshot below. I let it alone figuring maybe it just needed some time to load, but after 30 minutes, it's still just the blank window. I tried uninstalling the Creative Cloud app and installing it again, but I still get the same thing.


      Anyone have any ideas?
