    A Trivia Form

    cartercj
      Hi,

I have been asked to create a simple triva form for my website. I want to list about 20 questions, track visitor guesses, and then show answers along with the total of right and wrong answers.

I have created simple forms but how is this done?

      Where are answers stored?

Are answers revealed in separate hyper link pages?

      Thanks.

          Hi Carter,

For starters, check out the "Old Toad" extension here...

What you're describing is definitely not "simple" to create from scratch,
unless you have a lot of experience with databases and server-side coding.
Something like you describe would usually be custom-coded.

              Kelley Rao,

Thank you for the tip and I located the script. I like the answer page (% correct and show the answers in a table). Maybe this question should be directed to the script creator (Mick White) but I will ask it here anyway. For some reason, when viewing the test answers I can only see questions 16 - 20 and I can not scroll back to the top of the question page to re-read the questions to see what was answered. The answer page closes when I attempt to scroll up to the top of the question page. Have I done something wrong?

I've tested it on Windows XP using DW8 in both IE and FF and it works just
fine...not that this helps you any! You can try to contact the author for
                support.
