Trying to Publish to Site5.

Site5 informs us the connection is made but RoboHelp hangs with no message.

Can copy files to the web site using FileZilla and it works but...

I'm guessing you are using FTP as the publishing protocol?

Aside from saying you should just double-check the settings (login, PW, etc) which you likely have already tried, I'd suggest reporting as a bug. Maybe Adobe will come back with other information.
