hello everytime i want to open my adobe program a pop up appears with a countdown...which refers to either im offline which is not the case or to billing issues...but i just got the creative cloud a week ago. Before that i actually had the creative cloud from my friend on that laptop we used together there i also had the same pop up allready...so does that message refers to my friends account? she allready cancelled her membership with creative cloud because she didnt need it anymore...but i still get the pop up with the countdown.what can i do???
make sure you are signed in to your cc desktop app with the same adobe id used to subscribe to cc.
once that's done, if that fails to solve the problem, check you connection, Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later
