      I am no longer able to convert PDF's into Word or any other program, although I am signed in a message appears and states...... an error occurred while signing in?

          Are you signed in to Workspaces or ExportPDF?  If the former, you should see "workpaces.acrobat.com" in the address bar. If you're using ExportPDF or PDF Pack, you should see "cloud.acrobat.com."

          Note that with Workspaces, it's not possible to convert PDF files to other formats.
