I bought an E-book, I have the ascm file. The first time I opened it on my laptop, I could read it in ADE, but I didn't login with my Adobe account. It created a pdf file in my Digital Editions folder.
Then I wanted to share this ebook to another platform (where I was registered with my Adobe account), so I thought, if I just register my ADE on this laptop with my Adobe Account, I can read this book on another platform with my ADE account too. So I authorized my laptop with my Adobe account. Unfortunately, it says now: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. I can't open the ACSM file nor the PDF file. I tried un-authorizing my laptop, but it still says the same. So there is no way I can open this E-book anymore. What should I do?
