      I have a problem importing photos, some photos randomly rotated about 5 degrees and a white background on the free space.

          Sounds like you are either applying a preset in your Import dialog or have your default editing to either: Rotate or use Upright.  Check your Import dialog and make certain you are not applying a Develop Setting preset in the Apply During Import section.

           

          If there is no preset being applied, then you likely have told Lightroom at some point in the past to apply an Upright Correction to all future imports.  To clear this, hold down the Opt/Alt key and click on the [Set Default…] button at the bottom right of the Develop module and select the [Restore Adobe Default Settings] button.

            Thank you very much Rickk.

             

            Indeed when downloading images was set to auto upright. Upon deactivation in the photos with this problem have been straightened perfectly.
