Presenter 10 stop recording

Sorry for the stupid question, but I cannot seem to figure out how to stop the video creator from recording. We are hitting ESC but then have to go into the systems tray to click the Presenter icon to stop it. Looked in the help files and it said to use SHIFT + N but that doesn't seem to work either.

It should be Shift + End.

From the Presenter 10 Manual

To end the recording, press Shift + End, or click the Adobe Presenter Video Express icon in the system tray, and

click End Recording.
