premiere elements 12 organizer blocked by revel screen

    engelsda

I just installed Premiere Elements 12.  When I open the organizer, immediately a screen promoting Revel comes up, blocks organizer and there is no way I can find to close it.  Can anyone help?

      Thanks

Could you provide a screenshot of this Revel promotion that you are seeing when you open the Elements Organizer?

Are you using purchased or tryout Premiere Elements 12 and on what computer operating system?

What are you doing to initiate the promotion?

          a. You open the program to the Welcome Screen and select Elements Organizer and then the Revel pops up blocking the Organizer?

          b. Something else?

Let us start here and then decide what next.

          Thank you.

            Hi Mr Romano

Thank you for your prompt response.  I found the problem:  I

was using a low (800x600) resolution screen and the Revel

popup was only partially shown.  That was the problem, I

couldn't find a button to switch it off, yet Windows was

telling me it was waiting for a response from me.

On switching to 024x768 I saw the "Next" buttons and

            successfully followed through and

            closed the Revel popup.

            Thank you again for your willingness to help. I may be back(:>}

You did a great job of resolving your problem. Thank you for that follow up.

Just in case note, it is best to set the Display in the Control Panel area to the native resolution of the monitor.

Best wishes as you move forward in your Premiere Elements projects.
