Can't install a Photoshop plugin through extension manager because it says there's a conflict with an existing plugin, even though I've already deleted that plugin. How do I completely delete a Photoshop plugin?

I'm trying to install the latest version of Flaticon, a Photoshop plugin that allows you to access a library of free vector icons. I removed the older version in Extension Manage CC, and when I tried to install the updated version, it gives me the error message "This extension cannot be installed since it conflicts with an existing one. To install this extension, please remove the extension "Flaticon" which has been installed in", then install again".

I see no trace of the older version. Do I need to reset the Photoshop preferences or is there a way to completely remove that older extension?

      Thanks for the help.
