When i will edit photo's i dont get white as basic color. My white (#FFFFFF) looks like creme (#F5F5CF). Monitor calibration is not an issue because other programs shows white as white. How can i resolve this problem so i have the right colors in preview so i know what im doing. Please help me out! The instructions are CRAP.. So look at the attachment for a good view on the problem.

You have a corrupt monitor profile. The sepia tone is a classic symptom. The monitor profile is not used by the other programs you refer to, because they are not color managed and don't even know what a monitor profile is.
Recalibrate, or if you don't have a calibrator use sRGB until you get one. Go into Control Panel > Color Management:
Relaunch Photoshop so that it can pick up the correct profile at startup.
