I purchased a lightroom license but when trying to activate it I got a message telling me I have reached the number of allowed licenses (when I never tried to install it before and the lincese was meant to be new.
I contacted the support indicated in the message firstname.lastname@example.org and was answered only one of the 3 messages I sent with a message telling me they are investigating! That was 10 days ago!!!!
I tried to find some support on the adobe website but there is no way to contact someone as the questions loop back to the support homepage all the time.
I am very unpleased with this purchase and the poor support we get from adobe. Would like to stop this purchase and give back my license.
