There are a number of xtras that will allow you to alter screen
resolution. However, with the growing prevalence of LCD monitors (which
have a preferred "native" resolution), altering this is perhaps not such
a good idea. Why not instead make your projector fullscreen?
if i set the projector full screen (800*600), how about those computer with different resolution.

Fullscreen means your projector will play at whatever stage size you
have set. The border around the stage will be at the size of the monitor
resolution (effectively filling the screen - hence the name) and with
the color of your stage background. Try it and see.
You can use the buddyAPI xtra to set the monitor resolution. (the command is basetdisplay).
You can get it from mods.com.au - you can use 2 functions without registering, so it wont cost you any cash.
