How do I move and install Lightroom 5 onto another comupter?

I have Lightroom 5 installed on a laptop (Windows 7), but want to get the program downloaded to a new desktop that runs on Windows 8. The videos are great, but cover copying photo files, and don't explain the best way to get Lightroom downloaded to another computer. I know I can't keep it on the laptop once I move it over, which is fine, just don't know how to do that first step. Any help appreciated.

If you have it as part of Creative Cloud, then install it via adobe.com otherwise install it from the same media you used for the laptop. Note that you can have it installed on both the desktop and the laptop as long as you only use one machine at a time.
