I have upgraded my system (Windows 8 64bit) to the latest version of Flashplayer (188.8.131.52). When I check to make sure that it is working using the following link it says all is well (Flash Player Help). Leapfrog ran a test to see what the problem was and their software is unable to find Flashplayer installed. They claim that there must be a "system level problem" with Flashplayer, despite it working with Firefox. Can someone help?
I have used the adobe software to completely remove flashplayer and did fresh instal of Flashplayer (184.108.40.206). This did not help.
