Scenic: 40, 0.8, 35, 0
and
Faces: 35, 1.4, 15, 60
Which suggests the values i have been using are a bit high then (as i suspected).

Amount 40, Radius 1.0, Detail 25, Making 20 (although this can vary from 0 to 80 depending on the image)
or
Amount 100, Radius 1.0, Detail 0, Masking 10 (although again this can vary from 0 to 80 depending on the image)
The two methods will produce similar results

Rob Cole Aug 26, 2014 3:41 PM (in response to Pbeck1)Based on other people's settings I've seen posted over the years, I've gathered that my settings are on the low side - I guess I prefer softness to (what I perceive to be) over-sharpening.
