You can manage your account by logging in the www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password, and then clicking My Plans & Products.

Hello! I don't know that I'm owed a refund because I don't think they were
able to draw this year's payment, since I had changed debit cards. I just
want to make sure my account is deleted and autopay turned off as I no
longer need the service for my business. Thank you!
