イラストレータをダウンロード中にエラーが発生してダウンロードできない

Creative CloudからIllustator CCをダウンロードしようとすると以下のエラーが発生してダウンロードできません。

エラー内容から推測するに、Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 再配布可能パッケージが正常にインストールされていない可能性があります。

こちらをインストールし、PCを再起動してから再度ダウンロードをお試しくださいませ。

インストール後にCreative Cloudを起動すると既にダウンロードが完了していました。

早速チュートリアルを起動しようとしたのですがエラーで起動できませんでした。

お手上げです。

お使いのブラウザの履歴（キャッシュ、Cookie）をクリアにしてみてはどうでしょう。
