Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

It's extremely disappointing how awful Adobe's customer service is. Especially after how much we pay them each month!
Customer service is still horrible. Their pushy sales team advised we had 30 days to decide to activate 5 pro licenses Vs the 5 standard licenses we already had. Two days later we have 10 licenses, 5 pro and 5 standard and now they won't even answer the phone or Chat.
I am sorry for the experience that you have faced, I shall certainly convey the message to the concerned Team, please let me know what would like to deal with the licenses that you have.
