It would help if you could provide your OS and Muse version information along with a screenshot of the message.
You can also contact Adobe Muse Support for the same. To reach support go to Contact Customer Care and select "Adobe Muse" from the Adobe Products drop down. (It's alphabetically under M.) Then select "Using my product or service" from the drop down and finally click "I still need help…". At that point a "Chat now" button will appear for starting a live chat session along with a phone number and the hours for Technical Support in your region.
