rkelly0137 Aug 27, 2014 12:45 PM (in response to Len Turnquist)I'm assuming you save it as a jpg or some other format without layers? Once you flatten it, that information is gone.
The Oil Paint Filter creates a similar effect to what you describe, you could try that. Or you could post up the photo and maybe others would have an idea.
