    Printer's Marks in Photoshop CC?

Hi, I'm about to upload my first Stock Media Template created in Photoshop but I noticed the site states that I MUST include ALL Printer's Marks regardless of the file type. I'm used to doing this kind of thing in InDesign and using the Printer's Marks options there, but I don't see them in Photoshop and was wondering is there a way in which I can create these?

Also, is there a way to make a layer in Photoshop unprintable?
