Willam van Weelden Sep 1, 2014 9:24 AM (in response to Peter Grainge)Is this the same issue as Robohelp 10 command line crashes?
If so: @Peter: can you close one of the issues and add a reference?

@duck master. Please see to forum guidelines and do not duplicate posts in different threads. What happens is some people reply to one thread and others reply to the duplicate. That makes it messy for you and anyone coming along later with the same problem. If you realise you have posted in the wrong forum, add a request to the thread asking the moderators to move it. Thanks.

Duck Master Sep 2, 2014 12:39 PM (in response to Peter Grainge)No problem Peter. I originally posted in the general forum but then saw the notice saying better results in the more detailed forum.

5. Re: Robohelp 10 command line crashes
Duck Master Sep 2, 2014 12:42 PM (in response to Peter Grainge)I have two projects which use the HTML5 layout. The other one works fine. This is the one I am having problems with. My other projects are WebHelp I believe and I don't have issue with them either. If there are any steps to resolving this quickly I would appreciate it. I am not the help author of the projects but rather the guy in charge of integrating it into our build process. Also, it only happens via the command line. It does NOT crash when I build manually.

6. Re: Robohelp 10 command line crashes
Duck Master Sep 2, 2014 12:45 PM (in response to Willam van Weelden)I saw your post in my dupe thread. Do you know which file types might be most likely to cause the issue? Also, is there any kind of tracing lor logging (or both) I can turn on?

7. Re: Robohelp 10 command line crashes
Duck Master Sep 2, 2014 2:06 PM (in response to Duck Master)So since the crash happens every time when it is processing indexes I decided to create a new index (with copy from existing checked) and then deleted the old index and the problem has gone away.
