If you are running Windows and you try loading some software through Google, I have found that it doesn't always work, so you may need to go into Internet Explorer. From there you can still open your Google but you have to do it from Internet Explorer and then you might have a better opportunity of downloading some software and it could be creative cloud in your case. It was in mine, it wouldn't load for me until I opened up Internet Explorer and went to the process all over again.
Give that a try and if it works, have fun and enjoy I am still learning it all myself.
If it doesn't work, check with tech support and maybe they can get into your system and tell you what might be holding it up, just as John Smith mentioned.
