Adobe Application manager loads spins for 3 seconds a window pops up and says intializing installer for half a second then goes to a window that says ,

I dont understand why and please help!

I would suggest to remove the older Adobe Application manager. Refer to the steps listed in this help page. Then download & install the updated Creative Cloud application manager here.
