    LR Mobile not syncing

      I am trying to sync two new collections to LR mobile.  I stopped the syncing on my other folders but the two new ones are not showing up on the website or on my iPad.

       

      I have signed in and out on LR, LR mobile and the webpage with no success.

       

      Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

          Did the other collections disappear?

           

          After you have enabled the checkbox to sync the new collection what kind of progress is Lightroom Desktop showing? Any images marked as pending?

           

          If you still have the problem please send me a LR Desktop diagnostig log  - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link.

           

          You can trigger the log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button

            Hi Guido,

             

            Thanks for your response. To answer your questions,

            1. The other collections stayed put, they did not disappear after unchecking them in LR

            2. It didn't show a lot of response - no export window - no images pending.  If I hover over the sync icon it says click to stop syncing with LR mobile.

            3. I will send you the log via PM
