    No application menu when Creative Cloud launches on OSX 10.9.4. How do I resolve this?

      No application menu when Creative Cloud launches, and only partial 'default' settings menu of the Apple choices (Help, Open As Window... & Quit)

      All the choices at the top: Home, Apps, Assets, & Community are missing. It's just a big white empty area as shown in the image below.

      System is OSX 10.9.4 (migrated from an earlier 10.7.5 system where CC was working).

       

      I have tried:

      - uninstalling/reinstalling Creative Cloud (several times),

      - removing the file \Users\username\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE\opm.db
