    Edge Inspect not working




      I downloaded Edge Inspect on my i Pad and also got the Chrome Extension. I'm trying to connect my devices but it gets stucked on "Waiting for a Connection", i Pad is shown as an authorized device but still not being able to work.


      Can you please help?

            Have you installed the latest version of Edge Inspect CC Desktop app?

          If already installed, then issue is likely because something is blocking port 7682 that Edge Inspect uses for communication between the apps. Check for and close any firewall software running on your desktop to see if you can get a connection then.

          Also, ensure that all the devices and desktops are in the same network.
