Is it possible to run a poll in the app? For example: How is the sound environment in your workplace? Followed by clickable boxes.

Im just starting out building my first app/digital magazine. My boss asked me if its possible to run a poll in the app. He wants to ask a question to the reader, and he wants the reader to answer using clickable boxes or free text. I have no idea i said, but will find out. Does anyone here know?

Easiest way, off the top of my head would be to use FormsCentral and then
link to it as a web content overlay.
