    I have cancelled my membership, have no CC apps installed yet I now cannot access my standalone Adobe apps. What can I do?


      Macbook pro, all CC apps uninstalled and trial membership cancelled. Now I am being asked to renew my cloud membership just to open a standalone non-cloud application - Premiere Pro CS6. Can't find any way at all to directly contact Adobe support about this, just numerous links which go round in circles. Perhaps nobody actually works at Adobe any more?
