Hi! I recently installed creative cloud in my pc with windows 8.1 and when I install the app it never loads any content... what's happening? :c
I attached a screenshot so you can see the problem.
I previously installed everything with no issues but had to rollback my computer to a state where I had no programs installed so I used Adobe CC to erase everything and now my desktop app doesn't work /:
I also tried uninstalling the app manager and I downloaded it again but the issue didn't get fixed.

Duplicate message deleted... did you run the Cleaner after uninstalling?
