      "Uh oh, this PSD was not successfully processed because it's not currently compatible with Extract."

            Hi SnNick- 

             

            Actually, we do support smart objects. There are some limitations (especially with linked smart objects since we don't have the opportunity to ask where the original is) but your file should not necessarily be deemed incompatible just because of an Illustrator smart object.

             

            If your file is something you're willing to share I'd be happy to take a look at this particular one.  If you choose "Send Link" and then "Create Public Link" and either PM me the link or post it here I'll take a look.  Make sure "Allow File Download" is selected.
