If my app is already v31 since Feb 14, do I still need to update it for iOS8?

Just making sure i have read things correctly. I thought I saw where even if your app is v30 or v31 you still need to update it so that it functions correctly with iOS8 launch. I hope I don't have to update but I need to know either way.

If you haven't updated your multi- folio app since the v31.3 release on August 18, you should do so. Your app created in February won't work properly when iOS 8 is released.
