Prelude Crashes on Ingest ofP2 Cards

My Prelude CC keeps crashing on when I click on the P2 cards for my ingest. Any help?

Hi Nick,

Thanks for post this issue for Prelude.
In order to investigate this issue, we need more information. Could you please help to answer the followings?
What is your OS (Mac or Windows), and your OS version?
What is your Prelude version?
What is the P2 card model?
Did you use P2 card reader to connect your machine or you just connected the P2 camcorder to your machine directly?
What is the recording setting of the P2?
Also, could you please send me the crash report?

Hi Victor,

After more testing it seems the culprit is a corrupted card. Thanks for looking into this.
