Site is opening fine on my end , Are you referring that this site is not listed in recent files in Muse or the file itself cannot be located where it was stored ??
You should be able to access the file wherever you have saved the file , installing or updating Muse does not effects file location.

Hello Sanjit.
The only copy of my website is on Vidahost's server. I have entered www.bilyz.com into my Windows search and found Muse log which revealed a page of code. The message Error and that the page is not available. I cannot think that I have deleted it - not after all the trouble I had uploading it! Looks as if I will need to recreate a new site. The host operators tell me that I can have more than one site running. Problem is I have named the present site on their server as bilyzweb.com and purchased the domain from Vidahost. I wonder if the original site is to be found on Creative Cloud files?

If you have saved the file in CC cloud then it would be stored there, normally the file should be in place wherever you have placed muse file. Installing update or removing Muse will not delete the files from stored location.
I would suggest you to check local system folders such as documents folder where you save muse files.
