Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Not working, ive made all that you told. Log out, unistall, log in....
Few months ago i had Photoshop CC and them i let it expired due credit card problems. Ive tried without success to renew it. Then i´d join the creative cloud Photography Plan, paying €12,29 per month, my new credit card is ok and on the day 1 of October i received the confirmation of the 2nd payment, so, nothing wrong with credit card.
Ive downloaded again the PS CC 2014 and when i lunch it it tells me that my trial as expired

I was having a conflict due Language settings and some "host files"
Best way to solve it is to chat with Adobe Assistance, they were very very professional and quick.
