I purchased LR online. Big mistake. I am being charged much more than what the price indicated. I have made many attempts to cancel the account to no avail. I have been unable to contact anyone at the 800 number provide, the number is not active. I am not a HAPPY customer at all. I had planned to cancel this account and just purchase it at a store at a reasonable price. I am having second thoughts about that. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can cancel this account?
