There is no plugin for BC to do that. And it would be very hard to set up in BC. Your better off on a custom platform like most other crowd sourcing sites out there.

Liam is correct, funny you mention this, I've developed an entire crowd funding site from scratch for a client that is also on BC for their marketing side of things. My system is template based, easily updated with admin tool, it's essentially the same functionality as any other crowd funding site out there and linked to eway for payments. It is easily customized, drop me a line if you are interested.
