Go to the Forum.The Forum for Export PDF for example. Use that Forum to Create a post about your problem.
The title of your post is Refund. You will get your cancelation.
I want to cancel my subscription, but there is no option to do this my account/products management.
I also tried to contact customer care to ask for this cancelation, but all information is confuse and not effective.
Please provide the step by step procedure to cancel my subscription.
