what does happen is yours a Mac or PC what OS level which PS crystal ball not working here
I have the same problem here! I'm using PC.
I have uninstalled it and installed again with updates, but it remains the same.
After starting up, PS goes immediatly into error and shuts down.
As i wrote my crystal ball is not working well on this. I can not tell if you have installed Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application which is used to Install Photoshop creative cloud versions Or that you downloaded the Photoshop direct installer without using Adobe Download Manager. You write PS goes immediately into an error and shuts down. You do not include what the error is. You do not show Windows Reliability History PS crash report.
