I have PS CC 2014 installed on two machines with Windows 8.1. I have Creative Cloud running and I am signed in. However, in PS under Edit>Preferences>Sync Settings it often (most of the time) tells me that I am not signed in. To add to the confusion, under the Help menu, I have the option to sign out!
This means that I cannot sync the settings. Even on the few occasions when I am shown as signed in, sync doesn't work and just shows as "started downloading" or "started uploading"
I have tried uninstalling but it doesn't help
