I use to love Adobe, now I have lost faith in the fact that they too have become a money making machine.  As customers, we should have the right to cancel contracts without penalties.  They have become like the phone companies. If you sign a contract and decide to cancel, they want you to pay 50% of remaining fees. Why? What services are they giving me day to day.  I don't own the software, I can't really keep and utilize stuff on their Cloud.  As a customer, if I no longer want their services, then I should have the right to terminate without penalty.  I'd say, their terms of services are comparable to the famous Comcast call that went viral.  With the economy the way it is, I am having to make personal adjustment to my budget, and this is something that has to go.  BOO Adobe!
