Suddenly Lightroom 5 won't launch on my iMac computer. Any ideas?
To make matters more confusing, I went into my Adobe account to get the the serial number in case I needed to reinstall and find that my account (based on my email address) has my daughter's name as the account holder. Can't understand that and still need help to get Lightroom 5 to launch.
So I've had no answers to this problem. I've tried deleting the.plist file - this resulted in a promising couple of screens that confirmed my licence numbers etc. but still the application won't open. I'm beyond frustrated and wonder now is there any actual customer service at Adobe I can contact for assistance.
