Account and roles

I want to open a Professional account in order to publish a magazine for a customer (multi folio). I want to set upp the Professional license and Master account with my own company. After publishing though, i want the customer to have the license. Can i somehow transfer the account (billing wise) or am i stuck with it?

You should have the customer purchase the license and then you can manage the setup/create the accounts/etc. for them.

Ok thnx. But isnt the license connected with the master account (adobe-id wise)? Must my customer also have to get proper certificates (app-builder). Or can i somehow get them on my station? Why this is a bother is that my customer sits in another country, so cant travel back and forth setting up accts and certificates, I need to do it from my own computer..
