    Download Issue


      After downloading the creative cloud, my desktop and toolbar went completely black and blank. Why is this? I can't access anything except the windows that were already opened. I have windows 8. Help!!

          Hi datonesebbycosplayer,


          It seems that explorer.exe has stopped working.

          Kindly perform he following steps to get your desktop back.


          1. Launch windows task manager

                           Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc together  OR Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete  > Click start task manager

             2.  Go to file > (New task)

             3.  Type : explorer.exe

             4. Hit ok.
