We're administering a large number of PCs used for displaying information - no keyboard/mouse interaction. We have encountered a problem with some SWF files, and would like to test if it is solved by disabling hardware acceleration. Is there a way to change this setting remotely (via registry or command line or other ways)?
Yes, you can disable hardware acceleration on the machines by using the mms.cfg file. Information on using the mms.cfg file to control Flash Player behaviour is found in chapter 4 of the Adobe Flash Player Administration Guide for Flash Player 14 | Adobe Developer Connection.
