    I'm required to use Bluefire on my iPad to download the book but it keeps telling me that I used a different account


      The message reads: "the application is authorized with…..account. This item was originally downloaded with a different user account or Adobe ID. To continue, please add that account"


      I am trying to download an ebook from my university's library that I downloaded on my computer, but I want to read it on my iPad. I've checked with a customer service agent, and I only have one account registered.
