I just tried using the link you sent me as a guide and the same thing happened again, I'm not sure how to uninstall Adobe cloud, and even if I knew how I'm currently using Premiere Pro. I can convert the file and close premiere but then I won't be able to reopen it if this problem persists, I was never given a serial number... so why does this keep appearing when I try to register my products and more importantly how do I fix it. If the only solution is uninstalling CC then how do I even do that? I do appreciate the help so far even if I don't know how to do one half and the other got me nowhere...
You need to purchase CC, after you purchase & get an order number, just sign out & sign back in of CC desktop App.
No need to uninstall it. Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud
After purchase you can launch any product of CC & license the agreement with your Adobe ID.
I already tried to do that too... the Serial thing popped up there too...
