CHM file doesn't display after upgrade

Can any one help me? I've been on hold at Adobe help for 2+ hours and noone picks up.

Here's what's happening:
I have CHM files (copies from before the upgrade) I've compiled in 4.1 prior to upgrading, I can view them on this computer just fine.
I upgraded to 6.0 and opened my projects.
I generated the CHM and it's much smaller than my old 4.1 file.
The bigger issue is when I double click on the CHM it says "Page cannot be displayed" page is currently unavailable.

I've double checked the definition for my SSL and it has a window defined, selection criteria, everything looks normal.

Welcome to the forum

Sounds like the CHM is on a network drive. Move it to your local drive and then it should work.

If that is it, there's a topic on my site explaining the issue.
